Article 1: Organization
Jeff de Bruges Canada is organizing a free game called “The Christmas Wheel” , accessible online from December 1 to 24, 2024. A draw will take place on December 25 to designate the winners of the three super prizes.
Article 2: Conditions of participation
The game is open to any adult residing in Canada, with the exception of Jeff de Bruges employees and their families. One basic participation per day is allowed, but it is possible to play multiple times per day by:
• Sharing the game with friends via social networks or by email.
• Following Jeff de Bruges on Instagram.
Article 3: Terms of participation
To participate:
1. Go to the game page on the Jeff de Bruges website.
2. Fill out the form with valid information.
3. Spin the virtual wheel for a chance to win an instant prize.
Each share or subscription action allows an additional participation on the same day. All participations registered between December 1 and 24 are automatically included in the December 25 draw.
Article 4: Prizes to be won
Instant Lots (December 1st-24th)
By spinning the wheel, participants can win:
• $2 discount on their next purchase on the site.
• Mini Ice Cream to be collected in store.
• Hot Chocolate to be collected in store.
• Ballotin of 2 chocolates to be collected in store .
• Choco'this to be collected in store.
Instant prizes are awarded randomly and based on availability.
Super prizes (drawing on December 25)
Three participants will be drawn to win:
• LOT 1 : 1 year of chocolate (12 ballotins of 375g, total value $648).
• LOT 2 : 1 gift box (value $150).
• LOT 3 : 1 box of Cacaoculteur square 605g (value $94).
Article 5: Allocation of lots
• Instant Lots : Winners are notified immediately after spinning the wheel. Prizes can be collected in store or digitally, depending on their nature.
• Super lots : The winners of the draw will be contacted by email or telephone within 20 business days after December 25.
Article 6: Sending and collection of lots
Instant prizes to be collected in store are valid until January 31, 2025. Super prizes will be sent by post or delivered in person.
Article 7: Data protection
The information collected is used only for the management of the game. In accordance with the regulations, participants can request access, rectification or deletion of their personal data by contacting Jeff de Bruges customer service.
Article 8: Responsibilities
Jeff de Bruges declines all responsibility in the event of technical problems, interruption of the game or force majeure.
Article 9: Acceptance of the regulations
Participation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
