SHIPPING COST
Delivery charges include the cost of preparation and packaging and delivery to the delivery address provided at the time of the order. These costs are based on the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes and delivery costs. You cannot combine different orders to benefit from reduced shipping costs.
DELIVERY AREAS
Deliveries are available in Quebec, Ontario, Canada and United States.
Please be aware that our delivery service does not cover certain specific regions due to logistical constraints and transportation costs. Therefore, we do not offer delivery services in Canada to the following territories: Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories. Similarly, for the United States, we do not provide delivery services to Alaska and Hawaii. This exclusion and inclusion are applicable to all orders without exception. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend our customers residing in the excluded regions to provide an alternative delivery address in a region that is serviced by our services.
ORDER PREPARATION TIME
Jeff from Bruges will endeavor to prepare and ship orders within 24 to 48 hours of the order being taken by Jeff from Bruges. However, this period may be exceeded for reasons beyond our control. Order taking hours are weekdays, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST, excluding statutory holidays in Canada.
During periods of high demand (Christmas, Black Friday, Easter weekend), order preparation may take an additional 48 to 72 hours.
From May to September, in case of high heat, delivery may be delayed. Prefer pickup.
DELIVERY DELAY
Jeff de Bruges does not currently offer same-day delivery.
Delivery times are those of carrier services,
Quebec, Ontario: 1 to 2 business days
Rest of Canada: 3 to 10 business days
United States: 6 to 15 business days
Given the many factors that can influence delivery times, Jeff de Bruges cannot be held responsible for the delivery times for your order by the carrier. You will be able to track your order with your tracking number sent when your package is shipped on the carrier's website.

COURIER SERVICE
Only for customers from the island of Montreal and Laval, Jeff from Bruges has set up a courier service that delivers orders to your door.
This service is available from $ 40 in orders.
